              Linking Competency Models to Human Resource Systems
Afternoon Session:   Common Talent Management Mistakes
              Assessing the Distribution of Existing Talent
              Evaluating Talent Management Strengths and Weaknesses
              Developing an Integrated Talent Management Strategy

This course will utilize: Theory, facilitated group discussions, individual and group exercises, a business case study.

All study materials necessary will be supplied.
