Opening Windows organized the third and biggest evening event
The Professional Women Initiative launched by Microsoft and USBSP invited guests and inspiring guest speakers for the biggest-so-far evening networking event.
When USBSP and Microsoft launched Opening Windows - The Professional Women Iniciative in September 2009, we had no idea how much interest this project would raise. The number of members, young talented businesswomen, steadily rises and the initiative is also receiving well-deserved attention from the media.
The evening event that Opening Windows organized on 6th May 2010 was therefore the biggest so far - with more than 100 guests joining in to listen to interesting speakers, network and gain inspiration.

The theme of the evening was "Following the dream" and with so many inspirational guest speakers, it certainly was easy to believe that dreams can be achieved.

Discussion was facilitated by Jakub Železný, Czech TV moderator.
It was a pleasure to reunite with speakers from previous OW events: Klára Poláčková, Communication Specialist, McKinsey&Co and the first Czech woman to climb Mt Everest, Jane Hannah, CEO of České Radiokomunikace, and Jan Václav Čep, CEO of Tiscali Media.
The event was traditionally held under the auspices of Jane Gilson, General Manager, Microsoft Czech Republic,
Markus Köhler, HR Director, Microsoft Czech Republic, and Jana Ryšlinková, Dean and Executive Director,
US Business School Praha.
The small night surprise also followed the Dream theme - many colourful make-a-wish lanterns rose above Prague carrying the wishes of our dear guests and members. Hopefully, they will soon come true!
