Opening Windows Launch Event 17.9.2009
On 17th September 2009, Microsoft Czech Republic in partnership with the US Business School Praha officially launched Opening Windows - The Professional Women Initiative. The event took place in the charming premises of Villa Richter overlooking Prague and was moderated by Jana Ryšlinková, Dean of USBSP. The participating women had a chance to learn more about the initiative as introduced by Jane Gilson, General Manager, and Markus Koehler, HR Director, Microsoft Czech Republic. Guest speakers Klára Poláčková, first Czech woman to climb Mt Everest, and Jiří Pavlíček, CEO of Johnson & Johnson, inspired the audience with intriquing stories and new perspectives. Sincere thanks to all who participated and made this evening into such a pleasurable event.
