Course agenda:
- Negotiations overview,
- diagnosing your negotiation style and activity;
- negotiation simulation;
- win-win versus win-lose negotiations;
- how to break deadlocks;
- dealing with difficult negotiators.
This course will utilize videos, diagnostic instruments, simulations, and group discussion.
All study materials necessary will be supplied.
